LEXDAO COLLECTIVE JOINDER

The undersigned confirms their entry into the LexDAO Collective 0x9b78A81836bda21CAaA368d935A09EFB1B86316c (LEX-C) beta testing program. LEX-C is a blockchain resolution protocol that allows LEX 0x63125c0d5Cd9071de9A1ac84c400982f41C697AE (LEX) holders to exchange LEX for equal LEX-C voting shares by calling approved Ethereum contract transfers through the stakeTokenForShares() function (hosted herein on this OpenLaw template). Together, LEX-C voters can pass remote actions that resolve states on Ethereum contracts maintained by LexDAO LLC.

LEX-C IS A PROJECT IN BETA. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that you have taken the opportunity to review LEX-C source code at https://etherscan.io/address/0x9b78A81836bda21CAaA368d935A09EFB1B86316c#code, and that any and all risks related to participating in LEX-C shall be of your own account, including, but not limited to, the operation of LEX-C Ethereum contracts, results of LEX-C votes, private key custody and loss of funds, and further, that LexDAO LLC is not making, and has not at any time made, any warranties or representations of any kind or character, express or implied, with respect to LEX-C. Disputes related to the interpretation or enforcement of this Joinder agreement shall be resolved by the Kleros Protocol: https://kleros.io/.
